Our inpatient wound care department trialed this product and we were really impressed by how well it protected our peri-wounds of those complicated heavy draining wounds. Since it comes in a wand type mechanism, it allows for easy and precise application. It looks purple with first application to designate were its been applied and dries clear. We tried it with our wound vac dressing changes instead of applying the transparent films around the margins of the wound and it allowed for a perfect seal, especially in areas where lots of moisture collects... I definitely recommend this product!
